Abstract

This study examines the methodology of "individual scaling method" to value each person's vocabulary and viewpoints. In this paper, methodology for analyzing individual differences of each object in individual scales method was studied and proposed. As a case study, a survey on positioning analysis for dental clinic was conducted. The results are as follows. 1) An analytical procedure using "biased scores" was proposed. 2) Using HCA (Hierarchical Component Analysis) has been shown to improve the performance of partial scores. 3) Correcting techniques for "ipsative data" was proposed and necessity was discussed.
