320 GHz high-order sideband generation using reciprocating optical modulator

Abstract

We demonstrated effective generation of high-order sideband components whose frequency deviation was 312 GHz by using a reciprocating optical modulator. Enhancement factor in the eighth-order sideband was 65.9 dB with respect to conventional modulation methods.
