Abstract

360-Gb/s (90-Gbaud) NRZ-DP-DQPSK modulation with full-ETDM technique is demonstrated by using a high-speed LiNbO3 optical modulator. The modulator with a ridge-type optical waveguide structure on a thin substrate helps realize high symbol-rate modulation.
