Abstract

A reference system for accessing anatomical information from a complete 3D structure of the whole body 'living human', inducing 4D cardiac dynamics, was reconstructed with 3D and 4D data sets obtained from normal volunteers. With this system, we were able to produce a human atlas in which sectional images can be accessed from any part of the human body interactively by real-time image generation.
