N2 - The 280 GHz circular polarized antennae of broad frequency band of axial ratio (AR) are designed and fabricated. The sequential connection is calculated in this paper and the 2x sequential and the 4x sequential connection are proposed. The 4x sequential connection is realized and the broad frequential characteristics of AR is obtained.
