N2 - Complicated documenting composed of a stacking of document creation and its elaboration involving multiple works such as reading existing documents and Web exploration has increasingly conducted. To successfully progress the elaboration, it is important to manage skillfully the deliverables along with their editing processes and utilize them for later work. However, such management is generally difficult because of work lengthening and the diversity of information involved with the complicated processes. In this research, we were aiming at developing novel support methods for recalling the documents used in the past works by focusing on screenshots as a trigger to recollect the work scenes. This paper initially describes a framework of our support methods that begins from the accumulation of user's operation histories and reaches to visual suggestion of the promising screenshots. Moreover, we describe methods for extracting the screenshots valuable for recall. Finally, this paper describes the experiment on screenshots selection and the features of our methods are discussed based on its results.
