    Abstract

In this paper a wireless power transmission system is designed and implemented with 0.18μm CMOS technology. A novel structure without rectifier is developed in order to improve the power transmission efficiency. The coupled inductors are a pair of highly optimized 700μmx700μm on-chip inductors, and with the proposed structure, simulation achieves wireless transmitted power of 32mW, while the measurement of test chip shows the achieved transmission power is 22mW.
