    Abstract

A multiagent framework was proposed to improve performance of the agent's cooperative works by the behavioral history of each agent. Agent based dynamic networking was also described to realize advanced service organization or adjustment by making the multiagent system adaptable to users and environments. Agent organization provided service to user same as the traditional framework.
