Bioinformatics based on continuum mechanics

Asymmetries on density and size, which are not related to chirality, can be observed at a lot of stages and levels in living beings. At the lowest level, we can see the density asymmetry of bases, that is, the fact that DNA and RNA are mainly constructed by two types of purines and three types of pyrimidines. The size ratios of purines and pyrimidines are also around golden and silver ratios. We had proposed the theoretical model explaining the asymmetric size ratios of purine and pyrimidine around silver and golden ratios. Then, it was also shown that the size asymmetry brings the density asymmetry of purines and pyrimidines. Here, we deeply examine the actual biological parts and systems such as rRNA. Then, the reason of why the density ratio varies is clarified by the further theory. Finally, we show the experimental data on the asymmetries in the higher levels such as microorganisms and cells.
