N2 - This paper describes a mapping method using composition for software reuse in object-oriented constraint programming (OOCP) languages. We discuss the mapping of design plans using an OOCP language. We also apply this mapping, using composition in an OOCP language, to a mechanical design problem and demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach.
