title = "Dark energy and modified gravity",
abstract = "The current accelerated expansion of the Universe may originate from some modification of gravitational theories. We derive the conditions under which f(R) DE models are cosmologically viable, where f(R) is a function of the Ricci scalar R. We study the evolution of the equation of state of DE, matter perturbations and local gravity constraints in such models and discuss methods to distinguish modified gravity models from the ACDM cosmology.",
