Abstract

A novel electropolymerizable iron porphyrin having a stabilized 6-coordination structure was designed and synthesized, which was applied to electrochemical detection of superoxiede anion radical. Selection of suitable imidazole ligand led to highly efficient detection of superoxide by the ROS sensor.
