Abstract

This paper shows the effect of townscape discussion tool "Machinami Carta", which is designed to plan the process of creating townscape through community participation. In this study, we aim to clear the steps towards making agreements among people living in "Yubara area Minakaroi town Tone-gun Gunma prefecture." "Machinami Carta" is a tool designed to play games to gain four effects. •To know the townscape in present. • A tool used to communicate with each other. • To share images of townscape •To make people participate in agreement formation.
