Abstract
Features of diffuse scattering in (Nd0.8-xCexSr0.2)2CuOz have been investigated by means of electron diffraction. In electron diffraction patterns, there exist three types of characteristic diffuse scatterings in addition to fundamental spots due to the T*-structure. These are, respectively, observed as a ring-shape, a spotty and spike-shape scattering in the reciprocal space.
