Abstract

Nanometer-sized boehmite alumina fillers, untreated and treated with two kinds of silane coupling agents were added by 20 wt% to polyimide sheets. As a result, it has become clear that the increase in real and imaginary parts of permittivity at high temperatures is suppressed by the addition of fillers treated with methacrylic silane coupling agent, compared to the addition of untreated nano fillers.
