Abstract
We conjugated dodecapeptide (H12); a part of the amino acid sequence of fibrinogen, to the terminal of a part of polyethylenglycol chains which modified the surface of the phospholipids vesicles. In this report, we further encapsulated ADP; platelet aggregation-induced factor in the vesicle to enhance the hemostasis of thrombocytopenic rats.
