Abstract

We developed evaluation of crosstalk of an optical switch integrated on a lithium niobate substrate, without limitation of gain-bandwidth product. Utilizing optical modulation and frequency-domain analysis, crosstalk is successfully evaluated to be less than -48 dB for 10-GHz rf sinusoidal signal.
