Abstract
Hemoglobin vesicles, as artificial oxygen carriers, need a stable elimination system of hydrogen peroxide to suppress metHb formation. Hydrogen peroxide elimination activity was evaluated by coexisting of methemoglobin and L-Tyrosine. We applied this elimination system to methemoglobin suppression of the Hemoglobin Vesicles.
