N2 - Distyrylbenzene(DSB) derivatives, trimer of phenylenevinylene, with cyano and alkoxy groups grew epitaxially on the friction-transferred poly(tetra-fluoroethylene) (PTFE) layer. DSBs/PTFE double layers indicated the remarkable anisotropic feature in absorption and emission properties.
