Abstract

Exchange couplings in [{Ln(hfac)3}2Cu(dpk) 2] (Hdpk stands for di-2-pyridyl ketoxime) were evaluated by high-frequency electron paramagnetic resonance and magnetization studies, showing ferromagnetic LnCu couplings with JLn-Cu/ k B=+1.271(7), +0.405(3), and +0.196(13)K for Ln: Gd, Tb, and Ho, respectively.
