Abstract

The QA+ method can be useful for separating the effect of the orbital precession from the precessing BHNS waveforms in the merger phase. • The QA+ waveforms may have some connection to the non-precessing BHNS waveforms. • The dependence of cutoff frequency on the NS compactness is clearly seen in the QA+ spectra.
