    Abstract

The authors propose a new hierarchical state estimation method for power systems, paying attention to the mismatch caused by the decomposition associated with collective state estimation. The computing speed is improved by using a fast second-order method and a constant Jacobian matrix. The proposed method is compared with the goal coordination method and the collective state estimation method.
