N2 - Si-photonic Hybrid Ring-filter External Cavity (SHREC) wavelength tunable lasers by passive alignment techniques with over 100-mW fiber-coupled power and linewidth narrower than 15 kHz along the whole C-band are demonstrated. Obtained results show excellent features of Si-photonics towards commercial products.
