High-speed two-dimensional photodetector array for 4-WDM 25-Gbaud FSO communication

    Abstract

    We present a newly developed 32-pixel high-speed 2D photodetector array operated at up to 39 Gbaud, and its application for WDM FSO communications. 4-WDM 25-Gbaud FSO parallel beams could be directly detected by the 2D-PDA.
