    Abstract

Efficient wavelength conversion is demonstrated in a 50 mm-long quasi-phase-matched adhered ridge waveguide. We obtained DFG wavelength conversion efficiency of +7.6 dB and signal light gain of +9.5 dB at a pump power of 160 mW.
