Abstract
The interesting interfacial behavior of hybrid CdSe-dendron nanoparticles and poly(9-vinylcarbazole) blends at the air-water interface is reported. Surface pressure-area isotherms, compression-expansion cycles, and isobaric creep measurements were made along with Langmuir-Schaefer (LS) deposition. The blends resulted in better nanoparticle polydispersity and "knodel" formation as verified by AFM and PM-IRRAS.
