Increase on the resistivity of electrolessly deposited high Bs CoNiFeB thin films

Abstract

The phenomena of increase on the resistivity of electrolessly deposited high Bs CoNiFeB thin films was analyzed. The effect of addition of β-alanine into the plating bath on magnetic electric properties of electroless CoNiFeB was observed. The results showed that the value of resistivity increased as a function of β-alanine concentration.
