Abstract

In this paper, the authors introduce a framework for every-netizen online learning communities that widely open to anyone who is willing to learn and share knowledge with others across the networks. They discuss how to provide individualized collaboration support for e-learning in the community, and demonstrate a prototype of implementation in a Web-based social virtual environment with two supporting tools.
