Abstract
The magnetism on (Ga,Mn)N with high-TC is investigated and the ferromagnetic magnetization process is discussed in comparison with the superparamagnetism in the segregation model. Transport experiments were made in steady magnetic fields up to 27T. The results show the close relation between spontaneous magnetization and carrier density. The anisotropy in magnetoresistance shows anomalous field dependence and suggests existence of some nonmagnetic origin.
