Abstract

A major effort is underway throughout the world to develop single attosecond optical pulses or trains of attosecond pulses based on the physics of high harmonic generation. Thus, the sub-cycle correlated electron dynamics during strong field ionization of H2 is measured. Measurements of electron dynamics will be a major aim of attosecond science.
