Abstract
The ISDN is now being developed and installed. The ISDN is making possible many new services which existing networks cannot provide. The development of one of these services, the teleconferencing system, which combines multimediagraphics information, is being watched with keen interest. This system provides an effective, economical teleconference service for the daily business environment. This paper describes the basic design concept of the teleconference system, the system configuration, and the communication protocol which controls the transfer of multimedia information.
