    Abstract

New experimental results support optoelectronic PLLs, incorporating PPLN adhered-ridge-waveguide, for high-bit-rate clock recovery. Sub-clock extraction and synchronization of a 40-GHz and a PRBS 215 - 1 at 10 Gbps signals respectively, are demonstrated.
