Abstract

The capacitive properties of activated carbon electrodes with CNT coated titanium oxide composite electrode were investigated in PC containing TEABF 4 or LiPF6 by galvanostatic charge/discharge and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The composite electrode showed relatively good electrochemical behaviors better than activated carbon electrode. During cycling, the composite electrode presented 275 mF/cm 2 of specific capacitance in TEABF4/PC and reduced resistance.
