Abstract
The excitonic polariton structures in a high-quality zinc oxide bulk single crystal were resolved using polarized photoreflectance (PR) and photoluminescence (PL) measurements. It was found that the energies of the PR resonances corresponds to those of the upper and lower exciton-polariton branches. The longitudinal-transverse splitting of ground-state exciton polaritons and resonances were observed due to the large oscillator strength.
