N2 - We fabricated a polymer interconnection waveguide aiming for switching between multi-core fibers using 45° mirror and self-formation polymer lens. It can be realized at lower cost by oblique-exposure photolithograph and polymer drop in the hole. According to the analysis results, a very low optical coupling loss would be expected.
