Integrated three microvalves and a reagent purge line to each microwell realizes precise control of the injected reagent volume in 1 nl order and negligible residual volume less than 0.05 nl. 60 independent actuated microvalves for controlling the reagent selector and the microwells are realized by only 16 outer pneumatic control lines applying addressable valve control system.",
