Abstract
We conjugated dodecapeptide (H12), which was a part of the amino acid sequence of fibrinogen, to the terminal of polyethyleneglycol (PEG) chains of the PEG-modified polymerized albumin particles(polyAlb), and confirmed that they showed a significant hemostatic effect even 3hrs after injection(40mg/kg) in thrombocytopenic rats.
