Abstract

Optical modulators using electric resonant structures will be essential components for band-operation such as radio-on-fiber systems. This paper discusses the study of reflection-type Mach-Zehnder LiNbO3 optical modulator with double-stub structure. The study has been conducted to obtain low-driving-voltage band-operation optical modulators.
