N2 - Recently, the increase in energy consumption of commercial building is remarkable, and energy-saving is continuously required. Therefore, the government is promoting high environmental performance building. In this situation DECC (Database for Energy Consumption of Commercial building) committee collected the data of the energy consumption and published them as a database. However, analysis about High environmental Performance Building (HPB) has not been conducted in DECC database. So, I extract HPB from DECC database and analyze the consumption.
