Sharp lower bounds for Coulomb energy

We prove Lp lower bounds for Coulomb energy for radially symmetric functions in ?Ḣs(ℝ3) with 1/2 < s < 3/2. In case 1/2 < s ≤ 1 we show that the lower bounds are sharp.
