Abstract
In this study, a simple method for quantitative PCR (qPCR) with a microfluidic device is proposed and evaluated. PCR was performed in a flow-through manner with a SYBR green containing PCR mixture. During and after the PCR operations, the fluorescence intensity was continuously monitored to obtain forward and inversed amplification curves. As a result of evaluation, quite linear calibration curve was obtained both with the forward and the inversed amplification curve.
