Sleep education for university students

    Abstract

    In Waseda University, the author is opening a sleep education course in the Global Education Center, which is open to all schools in the university. The course is a one-semester course, and lectures are given in English in the spring semester and in Japanese in the autumn semester. Details and significances of this course are introduced.
