N2 - In this paper, we propose a streaming management platform for streaming service such as distributed camera communications. These streaming service-based appications would be expected to increase as the next generational services, and have been used for security surveillance, vehicle-to-vehicle communication, and route guidance service. Although some retrievales have assumptions for ideal quality while using cameras, the environment causes instability to the network through time. Therefore, it is required to achieve our proposal platform that overcome several difficulties of streaming systems, network environment, and functions adapted for suitable services by the P2P technology. We focus on the generating of the streaming session by peers allocated each environment, and the issues for continous the service such unstable environment. The experimental result shows the streaming service with best effort is to use several hundred sessions, and proposed our platform is described in this paper.
