    Abstract

In order to analyze the results of questionnaire using rating scale method, it is important to clarify relational structure among questionnaire items. The FSA (Fuzzy Structural Analysis) method is the method for structural analysis for fuzzy rating scale. In this paper, we define the ordering coefficient between two items and present that FSA is the generalization of SS analysis and Ordering Theory.
