Abstract

Websites are effyective in supplying knowledge and learning methods in healthcare and also in improving them. However, either a supplier of the knowledge or a supplier of the learning method based on the knowledge is not able to accumulate what they have learnt through the development. We developed a system to improve development processes of knowledge and of learning method by using the methodology of quality management. In the development, we introduced a concept of Unit Process and used the 'Unit Process Flow Chart' in order to structure a process.
