Abstract

It is important to make the most efficient business decisions while solving a problem to meet the requirements and to reduce losses. These solutions must be robust, keeping in mind the changes in the requirements and external environment. A robust multi criteria decision making method is proposed. An example of a satellite orbit and launch vehicle selection problem are used as a case study and evaluation of the proposed method is demonstrated.
