Study on sales engineers of IT companies by means of a dual scaling method

    Abstract

    Quality is an attribute which is not limited only to products, but also related to management and a company itself. The development and promotion of personnel resources are indispensable to increase the quality of management and a company. Therefore, companies place stress on the personnel development and the personnel training for employees. It should be a key issue, today. The management quality relates deeply to a corporate culture and a social sense of responsibility. In the main discuss of this paper, engineers of a regional IT company were questioned and analyzed what talent is imaged, what kind of a value should be promoted, whether the company tries to enhance their own value, and clarified the relation between QWL (Quality of Working Life) and the personnel training. The paper illustrates that the management quality and the social existence value of regional companies relate deeply with the improvement of their personal growth and self-quality.
