Abstract

Networks of excitable but not intrinsically oscillatory neurons were studied. The excitable neurons that fire with the help of external spikes in addition to feedback interactions were considered. Based on the obtained data, a phase-based framework for studying the pulse-coupled excitation neurons was established.
