Abstract

A series of polymer containing fluorine units directly attached to the polymer main chain and separated by a series of alkylene spacer units was synthesized. It was observed that cross-linking at the 2, 7 positions produced a network conjugated polymer derivative by oxidation. It was found that the degree of cross-linking was primarily dependent on the chain length.
