Abstract

Porphyrin derivatives UP1 were synthesized whose uracil groups were connected via amide bonding and their structures were analyzed by 1H-NMR. Moreover, the structure of self-assembly that was formed by UP1 and melamine derivatives M was analyzed by 1H-NMR and SEM. It was investigated that UP1+M were aggregated because of the mixture of atrop isomers. UP2 whose uracil groups were directly connected to its Meso position was also analyzed by 1H-NMR and their structure or the existence of atrop isomers was argued.
